2. What data we process
To check the weather you do not need to register or provide any personal data. We only process personal data in these cases:
- Contact form: name, email address, subject, message, IP address and browser used to send it.
- Service security: to limit abuse of the form and the administration panel we store an encrypted identifier (hash) derived from the IP address, never the IP in clear text, for a maximum of 30 days.
- Server technical logs: the hosting provider may log the IP, date and page requested for security and operational reasons.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Answering enquiries received through the contact form. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
- Ensuring the security of the site and preventing spam and abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
4. Retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, afterwards, for the legal limitation periods. Security identifiers are deleted automatically after 30 days.
5. Recipients
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless legally required. The hosting and email providers act as data processors with the guarantees required by the GDPR.
6. Cookies and local storage
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It only uses:
- A technical session cookie (
qth_sid) only when you use the contact form, necessary for its security (CSRF protection and captcha). It is deleted when you close the browser. - The browser's local storage (
localStorage) to remember whether you prefer light or dark mode. It contains no personal data.
The Facebook, WhatsApp, X and Telegram share buttons are plain links: no code from those social networks is loaded until you click them. If advertising or analytics services using non-technical cookies are added in the future, your consent will be requested beforehand and this policy will be updated.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to or through the contact form, stating the right you wish to exercise. If you consider that your request has not been properly handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), protection against code injection and automated submissions, and restricted access to information.
