QuéTiempoHará (quetiempohara.com) is a free service for checking the weather forecast and adverse weather warnings for the towns and provinces of Spain. Accessing and using the site implies acceptance of these terms.
3. Origin of the data
The weather information comes from the Spanish State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) through AEMET OpenData. © AEMET. Use and reproduction of the information is authorised provided AEMET is cited as its author. QuéTiempoHará is not an official AEMET service and is not affiliated with it.
4. Guidance only and limitation of liability
Weather forecasts are estimates that may change or contain errors, and the data is updated periodically, so it may not reflect the latest information published. The information is provided for guidance only and does not replace the official warnings and communications of AEMET, Civil Protection or the emergency services (112).
The owner is not liable for any damage arising from decisions made based on the information shown, service interruptions, errors in the source data or the unavailability of third-party services.
5. Permitted use
You undertake to use the site lawfully and not to carry out actions that may damage or overload it, such as massive automated scraping of content, cyber attacks or sending unsolicited communications through the contact form.
6. Intellectual property
The design, original texts, icons and code of the site belong to La Clave Ganadora S.L. or are used under licence. The weather data belongs to AEMET and is reused under its conditions. The provincial boundaries on the map come from open data (MIT licence).
7. External links
The share buttons and some links lead to third-party sites whose content and policies we do not control.
8. Advertising
The site may display advertising to fund the free service. In that case this will be explained in the privacy policy and, if non-technical cookies are used, prior consent will be requested.
